All goods purchased are guaranteed against manufacture defect only. Customized orders cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled.

We recommend removing the pod and cartridge from the battery when it’s not being used. Place the pod, cartridge, or disposable device in a dry and cool environment. Please do not store your product or recharge it in a vehicle during high temperature days.
*Note that the battery life will gradually run low after a long rest due to technical self-discharge, we suggest to recharge the battery before you are ready to use it again. Recharging before re-use helps regain the best functionality.

We offer no warranty or coverage of any kind for losses of oil, packaging et cetera. We cannot control your oil or filling procedures, therefor we cannot be responsible for any charges due to oil loss or packaging loss.

Returns for stock inventory can be accepted for sealed, new products with a return authorization within 7 days of receipt. We charge a 10% re-stocking fee. Returns cannot be accepted for customized goods. Customer will be responsible for freight costs to return to our local warehousing partners.
